Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are all set to tie the knot today. The couple's pre-wedding festivities began on Wednesday. RK hosted the mehendi and haldi ceremonies at his Pali Hill residence Vastu. Several celebs including Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Karan Johar, among others marked their presence at the rituals. A day after the ceremonies, Neetu Kapoor shared a photo on Instagram.

The veteran actor flaunted her mehendi which has her late husband Rishi Kapoor's name written on it. In the picture, Rishi's name could be seen on her index finger. On Wednesday, Neetu shared a picture from her engagement. Sharing the photo, she wrote, "Fond memories of baisakhi day (heart eyes emoji) as we got engaged 43 years back on 13th April 1979."

On Wednesday, Neetu confirmed that Ranbir and Alia will be getting married today. The wedding will take place at RK's home Vastu. During an interaction with the media, Neetu also showered love on her daughter-in-law-to-be. When asked about Alia, she said, "She is the best. God bless them, really."

Earlier, in a recent interaction with IndianExpress.com, Neetu opened up about RK and Alia. The actress said, "I just love both of them and they are amazing human beings. They complement each other really well, and they are amazing together. I am really hoping everything goes well."

Ranbir and Alia have been dating for four years. The couple started dating while working together on Ayan Mukerji's upcoming film Brahmastra, which will be released in September this year.
